PLEASE NOTE … Awards are prepared for confirmed attendees only, (printed and framed – as this needs to be done in advance) so please be so kind as to confirm, that your booking form has been received before the function.

– Bookings must be in writing (fax or e-mail).
– Advance payment is compulsory and due before the function.

CANCELLATIONS:

– Must be in writing and received by PMR Events department by or before 3 May. Delegates not giving the required notice will be billed for the booked amount.
– PMR.africa reserves the right to cancel/amend unpaid reservations should the number of potential attendees exceed venue capacity and/or advance bookings have not been validated by payment thereof.

OTHER

– All bookings will be acknowledged on receipt by sending you the invoice. Further confirmation will be e-mailed as soon as payment has been received, together with specific information that may be helpful to attendee’s dress code, parking, security, etc).

SPECIAL DIETRY REQUIREMENTS:

Halaal- or Kosher-friendly meals may be requested but there might be an additional cost for strictly Halaal/Kosher catering requirements. Please request with booking.
